Swim with the Dolphins?

I am not sure if this is the right thread to ask..but has anyone done this? Is it worth it?
How much does it cost?

dolphins in depth is primarily a classroom educational experience with some waist deep interaction with dolphins. it is not a swim with dolphins program.

I'm thinking you are talking about swimming with the Dolphin at Discovery Cove. I'm going to move this over to our Orlando attraction board. I'm sure the folks over there will have lots of information on it.

Personally, and based on my direct experience, don't even think about wasting your $$$ or time with any of the so-called "dolphin swims" advertised in the Orlando area.

Instead, if you really want a wonderfilled and worthwhile adventure, there are several programs down in the Florida Keys.

I highly recommend the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, just this side of Marathon. See their web site for their educational offerings including the DolphinLab program - a one week program that will most definitely be worth your time and $$$.
