I apologize if this was asked before but I did a search and there was a lot of praise for the Dyson Animal but it's so big for just daily clean ups and the roomba scares me for various reasons.

Background, we just moved into a new house. Our old house was completely carpet. The new house has about 1500 sqft of tile and hardwood floors but some of the tile is on the 2nd floor. All the bedrooms have carpet so they are easy and I keep those rooms shut anyway.. I have 2 kitties and a lab so the hair is constant.

I am looking for a quick rechargable (no cord) vac to just pick up pet hair and litter that seems to stick to the paws for a daily quick sweep. The swiffer vac is rechargable and light but I hate to buy another vac and hate it.
I am so new at having no carpet on the main floor. I never realized how much the animals shed when we had all carpet. Humidity is a big factor too at the new place. The floors need a quick vac everyday.

TIA!

I'm on my second one and still love it. I think the first one lasted about 18 months. I also have all hardwood floors and my main level and lower level...the upper floor is all carpet. The swiffer gets pulled out most nights after dinner to go through the kitchen and a couple of times a week to go over the entry way and living room.

Do a search for coupons...you should be able find a good value one. Also, check Costco. The first one I had I got there and it was around $55 but came with a huge supply of cloth.

Would like to see some responses to this as well. We just moved into a rental and all the floors are tile or hardwood. Im having a time trying to keep it sweeped up. Whenever my husband and son mow the yard the kitchen is full of grass clippings.

I have one for my tile and hardwood floors. I love it :thumbsup2
So lightweight and easy to use. I have a few different Swiffer products and love them all.
So yes, I think it is worth the money.
Check their website, sometimes they have a 5 dollar off coupon. :thumbsup2

I went to the PG website and they will mail the coupon in 4-6 weeks. I need it now! I love the floors but it is so hard getting used to.

I guess I'll go buy one today. They had a 30 day try it free thing.

Thank you all!

I wasn't a fan, remember you have the added cost of the swifter pads. I ended up spending more and getting the Electrolux stick vac that is cordless. It's orange, they sell it at target and it's $99 and I LOVE it. It's cheaper at BJ's if you have a membership.

I really love mine, It's worth the money! The Sunday's Paper sometimes have $10 off coupons.

We're on our second one, as the rechargable batteries gave out after 2.5 years. We have lots of hardwood and tile and use it daily to pickup crumbs under the table, etc. Very lighweight and easy to use.

And with the 30-day money back guarantee, how can you lose? :confused3

Totally love mine!!! I couldn't live without it! I am on my 2nd in 4 years. I even have a backup 3rd one put away because I had a $10 coupon and Target was giving a $5 Giftcard months ago. I have tile in my kitchen and Pergo floors throughout the rest of my home. I too pull mine out almost everynight. With 2 boys in and out constantly and them making mountains of crumbs in the kitchen it is a quick & easy cleanup solution!:)

Thanks, thanks and more thanks!!!:worship: I just cannot keep up with the floors. But do not tell my husband, he loved carpet in the kitchen!?! with 4 kids?
