Sweetcorn

Do you like sweetcorn?

How do you like it cooked and served?

I'm not very keen on tinned sweetcorn and prefer mine to be still on the cob, cooked to perfection with some butter - delicious!

I love corn on the cob, no salt, no butter. I can eat corn on the cob as a meal in the summer. Yum!

I love corn on the cob! Of course it has to have butter, salt and a little pepper.

I love corn on the cob with butter & a little salt. Very bad for you I know, but delicious. I also love creamed corn the way my MIL does it, I've never been able to make it taste the same. She puts sugar in it, which I thought would be awful when DH first told me about it, but actually is wonderful. Even worse than the cob kind with butter, though.

Sometimes, when the corn is very good, it needs nothing!

I don't find that type very often.

I have a friend whos father has a farm and he grows sweetcorn. When it's ready to pick she always brings me some. It is so good. She brings enough that I end up freezing it so we can enjoy it later in the year. Should be ready in June. I like butter and salt.

I used to dislike sweetcorn, but recently I've come to really enjoy it. I particularly love it with Tuna and, of course, on the cob with delicious real butter.

I like it on the cob or creamed. My favorite is Silver Queen..young and fresh. Nothing like a good plate of butter beans and creamed corn.

My uncle grows corn in his garden and when dinner is ready, he goes out & hand picks his cob to cook it fresh. It's one of my favorite stories about him.

I love sweet corn on the cob.
