Hi, was thinking of leaving mouse keeping some sort of English chocolate bar each morning(as well as tip), anyone else done this ? if so what chocolate did you leave ?

I've read varying opinions, and most seem to come down on the side of not leaving food products for Mousekeeping.

Mainly because they might not like the food/be allergic, or it could perish or melt in the Florida heat.

Also, while trying to be sensitive, money is much more valuable to Mousekeeping to boost their wage rather than food. They'd rather each room they service that day to put an extra $1 on the tip, which could add up to more than a couple of hours wages.
