Sweet Tomatoes coming a lot closer to WDW!

Heard a rumor of this months ago, but just confirmed on Facebook--Sweet Tomatoes is coming to Crossroads on 535, right outside the gates.

Grand Opening is April 24 and 25. It's a fundraiser for Give Kids the World--$5 to eat, proceeds benefit the charity.

We only ate there once several years ago but the selection was awesome. It was out of the way for us so we have not returned. In a location more convenient to WDW this restaurant will be hard to beat.

That is great - another good restaurant choice within walking distance of our favorite Orlando resort - Cypress Pointe. There are literally over 100 restaurants within a mile of the resort and many less than 1/2 mile. Once you are there you can park the car and walk to almost anything - including Downtown Disney - using well marked pedestrian sidewalks and crosswalks seldom found in Orlando. We love staying there for the great resort and the plethora of services easily accessed. Sweet Tomatoes just adds to an already very impressive list. (with Giordano's literally at the entrance being our favorite and must do stop every trip).
