Bump! I would like to know, but I think most of the folks on here have younger kids. Is there someone you would call at WDW? My oldest will be 16 next April....I can hardly believe it!

I would like to know too.
We will be celebrating my daughter's 16th in Sep 2007(belated as her birthday is next month). I have already ordered a t-shirt(not through Disney) with Swarovski crystals that say "Sweet 16" for her to wear. Ordering one for my little one that will say "Birthday Girl" also as she will actually celebrate her birthday when we are there. You can PM me for the website. Don't know if I can post it here.

i really don' know hoe to surprise her but i'm gonna call them if they have anything special in mind . i was just gonna get that birthday hat they have but we'll see . i'll keep you posted .

I think one of the special-order signature desserts at a special dinner would be a nice thing to do -- we had our niece with us on her 18th birthday, and we got her a slipper; she was delighted with it.

How about stopping by Japan to have her pick a pearl from the oysters (make it a surprise), and then have her choose a setting for it (ring, necklace) to remember the trip and her special birthday? My Mom and daughter and I did this on our trip last year and we all three got matching necklaces.
