Sweet 16 ideas?!

My sister is turning 16 the day we arrive to WDW. We are staying at our home resort, VWL. I have looked at the Disney website for "in room" celebrations and am overall not impressed. Especially what you get for the money. A flower arrangement for $150 is just not going to cut it. She requested dinner at BOG so we have that reservation. Does anyone know of anything extra special to request at the BOG dinner or something waiting for her in our room when we arrive for her birthday?

I might would think about stopping at the crystal shop on mainstreet for a tiara for her to wear. My daughter will be celebrating her 16th and me and DH have already decided to get get her one.

We had a Sweet 16 shirt made for DD. My DH had a flower arrangement delivered to the room. (I agree that these are too much money for something you can only enjoy for a few days.). We also had a cake delivered to California Grill.
50s Prime Time was a fun celebration place for her birthday.
