Sweet 16 gift ideas!

My SIL is turing 16 soon and my DH and I would like to make a gift basket for her. We are going to include 16 items of 16. For example a $16 disney gift card, 16 pieces of candy, 16 pencils. We do not want to spend alot on this so I am asking for budget ideas!!

She is not driving yet so car related items wouldnt really work.

A box of Crayola crayons (16 ct.) - take the crayons out & replace with 16rolled up dollar bills.

8 pairs of socks - I just got a 5 or 6 pairs pack for DD for $5 at Kohl's

candy idea - Smarties, Laffy Taffy, Nerds, 100 Grand, Almond JOY - depending on family humor, personalities &/or what might make her laugh

colored paper clips
locker magnets
makeup kit w/16 colors, 16 cotton balls, make up sponges, bobby pins
$16 Starbucks or itunes GC
recipe book w/16 family recipes included (my DD actually wants this, planning ahead for when she moves out!)
mini bottles of bath gel
photo collage frame w/16 pics
16 Sudoku puzzles, crosswords, etc.
Certificate showing 16 events that happened on her birthday or show one for each year since she's been born

Darn! I love this idea, but my daughter turned 16 exactly one week ago. I think I'll use it for when she turns 17. Such a cute idea.
