Sweet 16...and mom has no clue!

Computer stuff is way beyond me, the stuff you do here is amazing! I'm good at the sewing custom things for little girls, but my DD is planning a sweet 16 party and doesn't want what mom can make anymore!

Her party will be at Disney Quest, and her name is Savannah. I need a design for the back of the shirt that says something about all that...and suitable for her 3 friends to wear also. She wants black shirts, and the other party colors are bright pink and silver.

I've read the FAQ, and still don't know where to start. If anyone would like to take me on, I surely appreciate it. The party is March 16, which I hope is enough time. I'm a very patient person, and promise not to pester the wiling designer.
