Swaps? Out of Country?

I live in Toronto, Canada.

Is it ok for me to join in swaps, planning for the future?

Can I pre-buy mailing when I visit the post-office in Buffalo? I would get a pre-paid package that allowed mailing to Canada and then send it along with my items to the organizer, right?

I am so amazed by all the wonderful work you all do on your books and now it is time for me to get my butt in gear, used to love doing crafts and now I don't do any.

I'm not sure how it works from Canada, but I do know that we've had someone from Ontario - at least in the "Everything Else Disney" swap. I think it was Limmer. Why don't you PM her & ask how it worked?

Hi, yep I hosted that one and there was one person from Canada. She just sent extra postage with her items so there would be enough to cover. I think it was $5 and that was about right. The only thing was it took a little longer to receive but it worked out great. As long as you are willing to pay the extra postage, go for it!!

Hi, it was me! I have been in two swaps and all I do is go get some US $$$ and put $5 in the envelope. It does take a little longer to get here (I am in Barrie) but it is well worth it! I love the stuff I got with the everything swap and I can't wait for my Cruise swap stuff.
