Sorry - I know I read the answer to this somewhere on this forum, but I didn't add it to my Universal "cheat sheet," and now I can't remember!
We bought tickets from a third-party vendor. They are just full-size pieces of paper. Is it right that we can trade these papers in for ticket "cards" (that would fit in a lanyard, for example)? If so, where can we do this? Any chance we can do that at our hotel (Hard Rock) before we hit the parks, or do we need to do that at the parks?
