Swapping CS credits for a TS?

I've Googled, asked the Moms Panel and Disney and couldn't find an answer... Who else would know the answer but the DISboards!

DBF and I have soooo nearly booked but the one thing thats stopping us (him) is food. We're looking at the QSDP but may want to use some TS restaurants... I'm sure I've read before that you can swap 2 CS for a TS? Is this so, or have I dreamt this?

This is not possible. Sometimes during free dining they allow TS to be exchanged for CS, but never the other way around.

Nope, can't be done. You can trade your credits down, but never up.
