Swap is Cancelled

I'm interested in this. I would need a double stroller for April 30th to May 6th. I have no idea how to go about this, can someone fill me in on the details. Where do I look to see if a stroller might be available for those dates? Thanks.

I will vote for that one and also put in recommendation to consider Maclaren double as it is very lightweight although storage is limited. I also want to recommend we get the accessories if possible; a storage case, rain cover, sunshade. If we get enough people we should be able to add these items and they will keep the stroller in better condition, especially if it has to be stored at a hotel for a few days. If it is in the case, with the accessories, the accessories will not get lost. I am just waiting to hear about my dates of 5/17-5/24. Previously posted and PM'd OP.

I would say that you would store it where you stayed, for the next swapper. In that case, if possible, also, try to do a face-to-face hand off.
She should be back today, and will let you know if I'm wrong.

Do you know which double you are going to buy?
How much is the rental fee. Do you go by length of stay or is it a flat rate?

We're looking for suggestions yet on which one to get for sure, but that decision needs to be made soon. So please feel free to give them. Then that will depend on the rate and how much.

It will be up to you and the person in front or after you to contact you and make arrangements. Usually the people staying offsite have a vehicle and will pick up the stroller at your hotel.

I think we are going to use the Maclaren double. I was reading the reviews about the instep and they don't seem larger children friendly. We will buy accessories as we get enough swappers.

I have seen where a lot of people like the Maclaren stroller's, and for people that have little kids that may nap, I believe they recline. Each side individually reclines.

I read people have quesitons about where to leave the strollers. I did a swap last year and the stroller was based at a certain resort so that is where it was left if no one was after you. I think this was just so they could keep track of the stroller. I will send a PM. Thanks!

I have added you to the swap. I believe that is what we will do, but I also live in Florida so if there is going to be a large gap I can also pick it up. But we will try to fill in as many spots as we can.
