We have never stayed there and have always do package deals to Disney. We can buy our park tickets at the hotel when we get there right?

Yes, you can. Just be aware that the hours of the ticket area are limited to mostly to business hours. If you need tickets and the window is not open, walk or take the boat over to the International Gateway during Epcot operating hours and get your tickets there.

Yes, there is a disney desk where you can purchase tickets, make Adr's etc.

This is in addition to the conceirge desk run by the hotel which is great as well.

Yes. Great resort. Great location. We love it there. Too bad they don't have ME and DDP; we'd totally be staying there next trip.
