swan to CS?

We will be staying at the swan our first night, then transfering over to CS the next day, how do we get there?

Ask at the front desk.
Follow the road signs.
Everything is marked well.
Or, are you talking you physically, how to get there, not how to drive there?
Then I would take the first bus into a park, or go to a park, and take the bus to CSR. (Or taxi.)

The hotel staff will transfer your luggage. You can take the boat to Studios, then a bus to CS.

You could also walk next door to the Boardwalk bus stop, there is a direct bus to Coronado Springs... It's no more than a very leisurely ten minute walk.....
