Swan Question

I promise that I did a complete search before asking this question.

I know that refillable mugs are available at Tubbi's at the Dolphin. But can they be refilled anywhere at the Swan, ie. lounge, pool?

I'm not sure about the lounge, but they can be refilled at the pool. Last summer my husband had a Starbucks refill at the little coffee bar in the Swan lobby. The Starbucks coffee is a must when you've tasted the usual Disney coffee.
