Swan Question

I paid the deposit for our room at the Swan. Can I pay the total balance for the room when we arrive? Thanks!

I would say, "yes." Though we always pay prior to arriving, I saw several people writing checks at check-in.

I just got off the phone with the Dolphin, cause I was wondering the same thing. I asked if I could make a payments or if it was all due before arrival, and she said that once you make a deposit; the balance isn't due until check-in. I assume the same would be true with the Swan.

It's the same for both the Swan and Dolphin.

I charged my one night deposit (our trip was last August) and then paid for the rest upon check-in ~ using the AMEX card to rack up points for our next trip.
