Swan or POFQ?

I have stayed at neither, but want to stay at both! I don't think you can choose poorly on this one.

DME is so incredibly convenient, we used to go to DLR a lot more and we would have to hire a car to get us to and from the airport, which would tack an extra $150 on our expenses. There's a "Disney" bus there too, but you have to pay for it and it sucks. One bus picks up and drops off at almost every resort, hotel and motel around DLR.

But, interior halls? Very nice. That's the one thing that's stopped us from going POFQ, is the exterior halls. If we're staying onsite we want A/C goodness between the elevator and our door!

That's a tough choice! Enjoy whichever you choose!

Both are nice, but if it is were the same exact price the Swan is a fancier hotel and has boat access to epcot/hollywood studios, as well a great location steps from the Boardwalk for night life and restaurants. however, be careful because the swan usually has hidden resort and parking fees. it is also not disney owned, so i am not sure if the magic hours benefit applies. POFQ is nice, though, but it's a cozier, smaller resort. no building is that far from the pool, lobby and food. it has boat access to disney springs and you can also walk over to PORR next door along the river and hop back and forth between hotels. either way, you won't go wrong. good luck!

We've stayed at the Swan (and Dolphin) and loved it! Transportation to the parks (bus to MK/AK, boat to HS, walk to Epcot) was perfect. No troubles at all. We enjoyed walking to the Boardwalk and BC area for meals. The interior corridors and comfy beds are awesome. We were upgraded to a balcony and enjoyed the HS fireworks. Staying at AKL in December, but am second-guessing not staying at the Swan!
