Swan or Dolphin (or maybe Beach Club)

Thanks to all those who helped me with the club level dilemma. I have decided to go with a resort view (no balcony). I really hate mugginess and bugs, so I wouldn't use the balcony in August anyway. My dilemma now lies to which resort. We stayed at the Dolphin last August and were impressed with the lobby and service, unimpressed with the dingy (non renovated) room we had. Can anyone suggest a good King room at either or both resorts (or floor) so that we might get a view of Epcot? We are celebrating our twentieth anniversary and I'm trying to make it nice (within reason). This is our third celebration, but only one without the kids.

On yet a completely diffent tangent, anyone who has stayed at Beach Club Concierge level garden view room, is it great, what do they offer can you try to get a water view and still have concierge? Thanks for all the help.

What about trying the Swan since you are going without kids? I've stayed both and do like the Dolphin's lobby and kid friendly amenities, but the Swan is smaller, more intimate, and a little more adult oriented. I know they have king studio corner suites that will have nice views, but I'm sure they have some nice King standard rooms as well.
