Swan Exterior Painting - is it completed?

I read that the Swan exterior is getting repainted and I was wondering if that is still ongoing? If not, any idea when it will be completed? I will be in WDW Sept 22-Oct 1 staying at the Swan and was curious about the progress.

They were working on it when we were there in June. A lot of the balconies had been pressure washed and were being repainted. One of the walkways to the boat ramp was being re-done too. I hope it's done - we'll be at the Swan for Labor Day and again the 22-25th.

It was still being done when we were at YC in July. Looked like it had a long way to go but then another month is a long time. The result was worth it though......there was a tremendous difference between the old and the new. I wondered why I didn't think the Swan and Dolphin looked as bright as it use to and then after they started repainting I realized it had just faded.

They were still at it Aug 1-5, but I didn't notice them that much.

Are there any other improvements being made to the Swan or Dolphin or just the painting right now?

Besides the exterior painting, they are still working on the new spa to be located in the Dolphin. Supposed to open next month.

We were at the Swan from Aug 5-13. When we arrived there was scaffolding around one of the swans on the roof but that came down during our stay. I also noticed painting early in the week but not after that.

We also watched some of the buildings on the Boardwalk being pressure-washed during our stay.
