Swan & Dolphin

If you stay at the Swan or Dolphin can you use magical express
and Can you get the Disney Dining plan? (I was ask by some one and I said no but now i am not sure.)

No, unfortunatley not either ME or DDP. You CAN however, use Disney bus & boat transportation to/from the resorts to the parks, DTD, etc. and you can participate in EMH as well. We still love The Swan/Dolphin because it's a deluxe property at the price of a Disney moderate!
