Swan & Dolphin Restaurants now on Restaurant.com

We have TIW too but the cupon was %70 off with the code. So it isn't a good caomaparison. Either way it cost me $3 to save $25. What's not to like.;)

It doesn't matter how much the coupon cost, as we did the math last night to figure out total cost of meal with TIW and with coupon, and so for us there is only a $4.00 difference between using TIW and the coupon. Our TIW discount is close to $15.00, and the coupon is 25.00-3.00 (cost of coupon) so with differences in how tax and other things are calculated, it comes out to around a $4.00 difference.

I had my hubby do this as I'm not so good with math, and it was late last night, so perhaps there was an error on my end in understanding what he said...this is entirely possible as numbers challenge me at times...

If anyone does "My Coke Rewards", I noticed they have $50 restaurant.com gift certicficates for 600 points. Thay also have the $25 gift certificate for 300 points.

Today there is 70% off - the code is EAT. I just got one for bluezoo, Il Mulino, House of Blues, and Garden Grove. All 4 were a total of $13.50 with the code. Just remember you can only use one a month at each restaurant you go to. So I can use all 4 of these during my trip in October, but I couldn't purchase 2 for House of Blues and use them both in October.

Awww nuts! I wish I would've read this post yesterday! The discount code is now invalid.

If anyone finds any other discount codes, please post. It's a good deal either way.

UPDATE - I found another discount code that gives you 80% off. The code is SAVE.
$25 for $2....how do they make money like this?

Just used the save code, got Shulas, Bluezoo, and Mulino for 6.00$ :thumbsup2

Can someone tell me how the certificates are processed on the bill? Is it as a coupon/cash off of total cost of meal?

Thanks, Tiger :)

you're welcome!!

Apparently if you just do a search for "restaurant.com discount codes" they publish codes fairly often.

Ok...now really feeling stupid! Where does it say you can only use the GG certificate for dinner? lol I was planning on it for breakfast! 3 times that got cut down to 1 and now maybe none! :rotfl:

One thing I can tell you for sure and that I do see in the small print, this certificate does not expire! lol

OK, I hate to sound like the idiot of the group. but.... I go to the site and can't figure out how to work it!!!! ARGHHHHH!!.. really I'm not usually so helpless. I'm trying to get something for Blue Zoo. I put in the restaurant name under search. I get Blue Zoo Bellagio .. even after I put Orlando.
Can somebody take pity on me and tell me what link to hit on the restaurant.com site?????
Thanks so much
November here we come!!:goodvibes

Liz.. yes I'm embarrassed!!!:rolleyes1

It gives the promo restrictions right under the price, on the right side. Here is what it says for Garden Grove:

Minimum 2 entrees. 18% Gratuity added prior to discount. Valid for Dinner ONLY. One certificate per table..

HTH, Tiger :)

I see it on the site now.....dinner only <sigh> I was considering the BBQ dinner but if I do not use it, I will have a few certs up for grabs. We are now thinking of getting to WDW for a short stay before our holiday trip. I put the "please stand clear of the doors...etc" as my ring tone recently and my DH is getting the itch to go soon!! every time he hears my phone ring lol We skipped our usual May trip and it is affecting us lol

restful urchin......I am new to this too lol I went to the site, put in Orlando, FL and then refined the search. At that point, look to the left hand side and click on New restaurants added.....you will see the Swan/Dolphin restaurants added there. Good Luck!

First thing that I did was put in a FL zipcode. Then on the left hand side I clicked on "new restaurants added". It then brought up all the Swan/Dolphin ones and a few others.:thumbsup2

Don't be embarrassed!

I'm estimating my bill at bluezoo to be about $125, so I'd break even with my TIW discount. So I think I'll just stick with that, in case my bill will be more than that. I doubt it will be less!

Always check RetailMeNot for shopping discount codes:
http://www.retailmenot.com/view/restaurant.com

Restaurant.com runs these great offers all the time. Here's how they make money: you buy coupons for $3-$4 that you never use! Or at least that's what happened with us. :rotfl:

Good deal for someone who doesn't have TiW. Thanks to the OP for the heads-up!

All of the old certificates I bought now say no expiration. Here is another code SUMMER 80% off. $2 for $25 coupons.
