This may be old news-but, I just discovered that the Swan & Dolphin are joining in with the Disney "Celebration" theme by offering a free night if you stay on your birthday!  There is a 3 night minimum and the code is BDAY. Free Disney park ticket, free night at the Swan-this is going to be a GREAT birthday:cheer2:

We received an email with the offer and it also includes the following information in the email:

PLUS, dine in one of the resort’s signature, award-winning restaurants (Todd English’s bluezoo, Shula’s Steak House, or Il Mulino New York Trattoria) and receive a complimentary birthday cake prepared by our two-time world champion pastry chef, Laurent Branlard

A second room may be purchased for an additional $99 per night

I tried the website and it said the code was expired. My bday is 12/27, so maybe they don't want to comp me a $300 a night room.:confused3

We are doing this for the second half of our trip in Sept. We were able to upgrade from a mod. with the free day hooray!

We loved to do it in our next trip but still we are in the process of planning.:lmao:

Have a nice day everyone. :)

I checked on the Swan/Dolphin web site. The birthday offer is valid through 12/24/09.

Too bad for people with birthdays in the last week of 2009.:sad2:

Anyone know how the 3 night minimum works? Do you pay for 2 nights and get your brithday free as the 3rd night or do you pay for 3 and get your brithday free as the 4th night? Can you combine more than 1 free brithday on a longer stay? -- Suzanne

I just wish the Swan/Dolphin would open up their discounted rates for fall.:surfweb:

We were able to book three nights, one being my birthday and just pay for 2. You do have to pay the $10 fee for the free day.

That seems silly to me, but its still a great deal at a great resort!

Yeah - you still have to pay the $10 a day when using points (just did so for our 6 nights points stay). It is worth it IMHO, as we got high speed internet in the room so my DS could play his silly video games during the morning and evening!
