Swan / Dolphin Discounts only through October?

I am hoping to make a reservation for The Dolphin beginning December 8th.
I really will need that government rate, but each time I try I get the message that the discounts show up only through October. I have been trying to do this through Dreams Res. Anyone know when they will find out about those discount rates for December???

Call & ask them. They probably can tell you. I just booked the teacher's rate for April. Same as government rate.

I called last week and they said that they had not loaded the rates for those date yet.
