Swan/Dolphin $10 day resort fee

What does it include? We always had asked to have it waived and it was, but someone mentioned that waiving it isn't an option. What's the real scoop?

Daily Newspaper
60 minutes free local telphone calls, toll free and credit card access calls
in room coffee
health club
in room high speed internet access...

that there is "no way" it can removed now. They seemed to have cracked down on this recently.

Anyone have any luck with getting it waived and if so...how?!??!
