SWAN CLUB QUESTION - Need quick response

Hey everyone,
I am checked into the Swan and I am on the 11th floor which says it is a club level. So do you think I am allowed to go to the club on the 12th?

My company program is suppose to give me a "room upgrade" at Starwood hotels so maybe that is what this is!

Check your room key card. It will say CL on it if you have Club Level privledges. HTH!

It does not say that, but I went into the club anyway, signed in and no one said anything and there was no charge on my bill this morning.

Having done it, it is not something I would pay for. I guess based on the hype I expected something more that what I got.
