Swan and Dolphin

I'm wondering about staying at the swan and/or dolphin.

Although there is lots of info on the WDW resorts on allears.net, there is nothing, except discount prices, listed there for the swan and dolphin. Why is this?

What do you all think of these resorts? Why are some of the discounts I've seen so big?

Thanks Camcolt. I'm curious as to why allears.net doesn't have reviews of these like they do the other resorts.
