If you stay at the Swan an dDolphin, are you eligible for extra magic hours as you would be staying at an on-site "disney" property???

Yes. Swolphin guests also have "regular" Disney transportation that is the same as that provided at Beach Club, Yacht Club, and Boardwalk. However, you are not eligible for Magical Express or the Dining Plans, IIRC.

Adding that the Swan and Dolphin are now offering a "Dine and Dream" breakfast/dinner meal plan :goodvibes

It's more expensive than WDW DDP, but includes tax and tip and one child per adult eats free:

It's also VERY limited it sounds like. Just a warning "Prix fixe menus" means "not the entire menu, but selected items"

Sounds like a rip off to me and I enjoy the Swan/Dolphin!

It also means you'd better never plan to be in a park (or anywhere else) around dinner time.
