Hello! Our first trip to WDW in five years is coming up in May. Sixth trip in total. We've always stay on-property and decided to try the Swan and Dolphin this time. I know it's not a Disney hotel so a few things are different, and maybe, even MORE different with COVID. I have questions about transportation right now, with the COVID changes. I know how to get to EP. Walk or boat. What about from the Dolphin to MK? Bus to the TTC, and then monorail, bus or ferry? Is that correct? How about the Orlando airport to the Dolphin and back? Mears shuttle, Uber, taxi? We don't want to rent a car. Lastly, Dolphin to BB? Bus to the TTC and then bus to BB? I seem to remember a BB bus stopping at DS, but that was a long time ago. Just two adults traveling so no strollers or little ones in tow. Thanks!

You got everything fine until you go to BB. For that you need to go to AK park and catch the BB bus from there.

For airport transfers an Uber will will be fastest.

Yes, you are correct for transportation to MK. Note with Covid restrictions, some of the buses were only boarding about 20 passengers (others seemed to board more, this wasn't consistent). The day we went to MK the park opened at 9 and the first bus arrived at Dolphin at 8:15. We'd been waiting since about 8 and didn't make the first bus (we were ~#25 in line). We took the bus from TTC to MK as there was no wait for the buses but there were waits for ferry/monorail.

We used Orlando transportation by Mike to get to and from the airport. We've also used Mears before.

We scheduled an Uber back to the airport the night before so we didn’t have to worry about it with our early departure. Super easy and inexpensive- around $30 if I remember correctly.
