Swagbucks and Perk newbie questions

I've just started saving for our 2017 trip and I have a goal to earn as much as I can by doing Swagbucks, PerkTV, and Shopkick. I need a beginners guide on Perk and Swagbucks though. I have 3 apple devices (one iPhone, two iPads) and my iMac that I'm running them all on. Which order should I run them in every day to utilize them all best? I know certain apps are more hands off while some require some babysitting. Which apps do you use and in what order on any given day to reach your Swagbucks and PerkTV max potential points?

I usually go through the 6 Swagbucks apps before starting Perk. For 5 of those Swagbucks apps, you can't run them at the same time on multiple devices, though. I would suggest using one device for Swagbucks/Perk and the others for Perk.

For Perk, you might want to try Perk Pop Quiz and Perk Word Search in addition to Perk TV, and see which ones work best for you. Sometimes the apps that run the smoothest for some people give others the most headaches, so I recommend testing them out on all your devices.

Thank you! Ive gone through the two threads, but they're pretty lengthy and it looks like some of it is outdated since the daily allotments have changed.

There are two separate threads on those topics on the Budget Board.

:thumbsup2

Thank you! Ive gone through the two threads, but they're pretty lengthy and it looks like some of it is outdated since the daily allotments have changed.

Re: Swagbucks: The daily allotments changed a few months ago, so if you go back 20-25 pages and read, all that information will be current. It also helps with other ways to earn SB. The daily allotment from apps is only one piece of the SB earning potential. It's definitely worth the time to read up and all the folks there are helpful with questions, plus we often post Swagcodes when they are available.

It's actually really hard to read through 300 pages of swagbucks post to figure it out.. its' a lot of chatter (and the thread is very helpful, but not if you're new). We can help each other out here, right? It takes a minute.

I only do swagbucks out of those.. but here's what I do:

I run the TV app on my iphone as much as I can. Esp if I'm busy and it can just sit there going or while I'm sitting in the carpool lane at school, etc. easy points.

On my laptop..
- First do the easy daily 3 in the middle of the left side.. the poll, crave, and daily offers. Gets you going and takes 2 seconds.

Then I usually start a crave going. Sometimes if the ncrave's aren't working yet.. if I do a laptop guy click or ngage.. it will make it so the ncrave's start to work. I run those as much as i can throughout the day. Sometimes you have to do a few that are 1 or 2 SB to open up the higher payout videos (3-5 SB). The videos with the little blue/white circle at the bottom right corner automatically keep going without you having to sit and click every 20 seconds. I ONLY do those for as many as I can, any time they pop up. Running just the normal videos on my screen (like 20 videos of CNN clips for 3 points) is soooo tedius and it takes forever. the ncraves are FAST and painless.

While those are going, I try to do a few survey's.. If I don't get at least one survey in, it's hard to get my points for the day. I had a 2500 survey for a product once, and a 1500!

I try to look through the popular offers and do the easiest/free offers with an email address I made just for spam.

I made about $100 in March. I'm only at another $20 for April.. but combined with inbox dollars & pinecone research survery's I've got another $100. My goal is $100 a month for the trip.

Best of luck!!!

Thank you so much Icoult! That exactly what I was looking for and so helpful. I'll start tomorrow with your tips. :)

I don't see a blue and white circle at the bottom right corner of any of the videos. Is this something that unlocks after you've been a member for awhile? Or are they rare? Or do i just not know what to look for??

I'm sorry I haven't figured out how to quote the previous person's answer--- in response to the NCrave's little blue/white circle: I saw today, it's called "Discovery Mode". Right this second I don't have any NCrave's available or I'd screen shot it. I notice that if I don't have any ncraves... sometimes if I do a diff video or a survey or something it'll unlock more ncrave's. It's kind of like it lets you do them for awhile, then stops... then starts again. Same goes for the discovery modes. Sometimes I have to do some of the 1 SB videos to get the bigger ones to unlock. Once you click on it, there is a little button that looks like a switch at the top (over each video, right over? or under the blue/red like/dislike buttons). Make sure that's clicked to green.. and you can walk away.. the videos will just play down the list. That way, I can click it every time I walk through the kitchen but don't have to sit there clicking.
