SWA travel funds question

Can I use travel funds to pay for early booking on SouthWest? Got the funds by finding a cheaper fare and wont be flying again before the funds expire so I'm looking for a different way to use them.

Nope. I tried this in Sept and even contacted SW to verify but Early Check in cannot be paid for with travel funds. If the credit is large enough, contact SW and pay the fee to extend the expiration date or if it was like our credit ($23.00), consider it a donation to SW

Thanks, thats what I figured. We saved $65 each but cant use it. Almost makes it worth it to book another trip just to use it up. lol
