SWA Rapid Rewards Visa Referral Points

For those of you who've received referral points on your SWA RR Visa, how long did it take for them to appear in your account? I ask because I have had several referrals in the past few months and I know for a fact that all of them reached their "minimum" (to get the 2 free rountrip flights) within the first billing cycle, and it's been at least 1 more cycle since then. I show no bonus points in my account for those referrals, but I was there when they applied and know that they went through either my link or called the number and gave my RR number (I had both methods used by my referred friends/family members). I'm just curious how long I can expect it to take for the referral points to show up in the account.

I'm in the same boat with my SW Visa and my Disney Visa.
chase has a nasty habit of not crediting the referring card member with the promised reward.
Between the two of us, we got 10 people to sign up for the DVisas and got credit for 5.

So far, I have not gotten credit for my SW referral from over a month ago.
Very frustrating.
All you can do is call and hope for the best.

If you can get your referrals to give you their card member ID, it may help.
Usually, Chase says, "well, they must not have used your ID when they called."
I was even present when some of mine called, so I know for a fact they used my ID, yet, I still have not received credit from Chase.

I will be contacting Chase again, once I finish collecting the ID numbers from my referrals. Fortunately they were family and will be willing to give me the numbers.
