The Nov dates were available online on Thursday around 6:30a eastern time. The CSR may not have been able to book until 11:00a, but who knows. Early Thursday was definately the day.
Originally posted by bexareaglecheryl Hi! I have been one of the ones waiting for Southwest to release dates for November. Thursday I was on the internet several times up until about 1am Friday morning checking.
By the time I got home late Friday evening there was nothing but full fare availability in my market so I called SWA to ask if the tickets were all gone or if they had not been released. This is what he said:
Groups book up to a year in advance and all of those lower fare seats may have been taken.
or
There might have been so few seats released that they were gone with a few minutes.

They just won't release any other fares for that period.
HERE"S THE IMPORTANT PART:
I asked him when these Nov. tickets had gone on sale and he told me at 11:00 AM on THURSDAY Morning. I assured him that I had checked the site at 1:00 am and that it had not been changed. He said they had been taking reservations since 11 on Thursday. He even put me on hold for a sizeable amount of time to confer with his supervisor. So, anyway, shows you can't believe anything you hear from SWA.
