SWA finally luvs BDL!!!

Check your flights!! SWA just listed an internet special (not a Ding) for most of Aug & all of Sept for $69!!!

Now I have $69 going down and $64(Ding) coming back - $153.79 each. Last year I got $137.80 each but I'm not complaining. A friend of DH's is going down and booked before I got to her. She's paying $324 each on Delta!!!!

Good luck to my fellow Bradley travelers. Think it's not available for every day of the week in August -- our Sunday down (Hartford-Orlando, 8/12) is entirely shut out and I doubt every single flight is booked solid. As for our return leg, if I hadn't gotten the $60ish DING released on 7/4, would definitely have jumped on that (we're traveling on a Tuesday, and that is showing up at the $69 internet rate).

UPDATE: I just checked the entire month of August and it looks like the $69 internet fare is only for the August 16th-August 31st -- but the good thing for you weekend travelers, it looks like all days are included. Oh, well, looks like my August 12th, 2007 fare of $99 + taxes/fees is as low as it'll go, which is O.K. considering I first booked at $117 +taxes/fees per person for the 4 of us.

Oh yeah! Thank you SW! Just got $100 credit from our WDW flight home in August. This was worth waiting for. Now flying for about $150 each from BDL to MCO! DS was wanting to fly down to visit his brother in Tampa, I've got enough ticketless travel funds to fly him RT. Now if only his flights drop in price the fun will continue! Gotta love to play the SW game!
