SWA - credit..?

Our return flight went down $11 each, so I just changed that and it says that the 3 of us each have an $11 credit. I thought I would go ahead and book the EBCI for our return trip....

I can't figure out how to do it. I click on the EBCI and my only option is credit card. Can I use credits for EBCI? If I can, will someone direct me to the easiest way to do it.

I just tried to do this same thing with my credit yesterday and couldn't. I'm thinking using the credit is not an option for EBCI.
