SWA Credit when fares drop?

It's the same as your original confirmation code. You need to keep the confirmation # and passenger name, you don't have to link it to your Rapid Rewards number. Go to 'View Ticketless Travel Funds Balance' in the Travel Tools tab, input the code and passenger name, then they will show you the amount you have on it. When you book another flight, there is a space where you can redeem credits toward the purchase before you check out.

after seeing here that some prices have dropped, I called them. I ended up getting $150 credit!

Air fares are crazy right now...I've never before had the price drop as we got closer to our trip...but I won't gripe!

My son wants to visit his buddies in Kansas City this summer. The refund will pay his way both ways; and, if a friend wants to come back with him it will pay for most of one leg of that trip, too!
