SWA credit opportunity question

Hi everyone! We leave in four days and our flight prices dropped. I've never flown SWA before and I'm wanting that credit for future travel but I'm hesitant that something might get screwed up this close to the flight. We also have EBCI which I know we will keep but does that mess with the order that we got it if we do this so close? AHHH, so many questions. Thanks everyone.
