Hoping someone can explain how to tell if my flight originates or is the 2nd leg of a connecting flight.

Leaving BWI on a thursday night - knowing its not a hub I am thinking it is probably a connecting flight from somewhere else but I haven't figured it out yet.

If the flight is connecting I will get EBCI - otherwise we will just check in T24. Just me and my 2 dd's traveling and we really have no preference on seating but would like to be together or at least close by.

Thanks !

The quickest way would be to call SWA and ask. You could look at their schedule and try to find the flight number for the incoming flight to your city, but it may take a while.

bring the flight up on one of the flight trackers

Thanks - I found it :) and it originates in BWI so I will skip the EBCI this time. What a cool website!!
