SW- why can't some print a boarding pass?

hello

on several of my trips i have tried to print a boarding pass from home & each time it tells me that i will have to get at the airport

i have no problem with security at the airport

could it be because i have 5 people booked at once? we all had seperate confirmation numbers

They may be experiencing increased security at your departing airport. Call Southwest and ask.
