Can anyone who's been to MGM for a SW weekend tell me what to expect crowd wise? Regardless of how bad they are, we WILL go. LOL I'm just wondering if I should send my Sis and her 2 kiddos to another park on the days we do MGM on the SW weekend, as they are not HUGE fans like we are.

Any other tips, comments, etc. are welcomed as well...I've been dying to take the kids on a SW weekend, and it worked out this year. :Pinkbounc And anything else that would be nice to know ahead of time, please share!!! ;) :teeth:

We went on a Friday about 4 years ago we are hug fans and had a great time, we will be going again this May yipee. From what I remember mostly it was crowded at primarily the special star wars events and character signings and most of this took place by the star tours ride area. I don't think the rest of the park was that bad though. If you have never been you're going to love it, I was so excited as an adult and my then 4yr old boy loved it. Have an awesome time!

I have been to two of them and I agree with the people above. I have not notice the rest of the park being much different crowd wise. However, down on the end where Star Tours is at it can get very crowed.

Thanks guys...we just want to be as prepared as possible!!! I'm sure we'll have a great time, I can't wait...the pics of the Stormtroopers above the entry look SO cool! :smooth: I'm easily impressed, I know!!!

During SWW Saturdays, does MGM still open one hour early for early entry to Disney resort guests?
