No it does not matter. SW checked you in automatically at 36 hours. You can print any time after 24 hours.

Not when you purchase EBCI = which the OP did.

Op - no SWA will automatically check you in at T36. If you want you can then check in anytime after T24 to see what position you have and print out the BP. Otherwise you can just do all that at the airport esp if your checking bags anyway.
