Does anyone have any experience with printing the boarding passes when I've purchased two seats for myself and one for my spouse? We are a party of 8, and all the other boarding passes have printed, but I'm getting an error message when trying to print mine and my wife's B. Pass. We did buy the EB for all tickets, but I hate to just arrive at the airport and assume all is well. Looking for some help!! TIA.

The website says: "customers of size who purchase one or more seats in advance may check in online or through an E-Ticket Check-in kiosk1 to reserve their boarding positions, but they must see a Customer Service Agent at the gate to receive a Seat Reserved Document." We will do that, and since we purchased EB for ALL tickets, I'm sure he is checked in. But, I can't print a Boarding Pass. I'm hoping someone else has experienced this. I would hate to arrive at the airport and have a problem tomorrow.

My advice is to get to the airport early. Sometimes when you can't print a boarding pass, it just means you were randomly selected for extra screening.

When I bought an extra ticket they gave me at the check in (outside with skycaps) a pass that said this seat reserved. I placed it on the seat between my mom and myself. My aunt met us in San Antonio so my mom sat with her but I told passenger that shared the row with me he had space and no one would be sitting next to us. As soon as I got home from trip I called SW and 2nd ticket was refunded right away back on my card in 2 days.

From the SW website excerpt you posted I take that to mean you need to get your boarding passes at the airport. If you can see that you are checked in I wouldn't worry about it. I purchased a regular ticket last week and couldn't get my boarding pass to appear on the moblie app. The skycap at curbside check in printed me one easy peasy when I checked my bag.
