I think I can check in online for our flight from our home airport and print the boarding pass at the airport, is that correct? Also, there are three of us traveling so when I click to do the check in, will it check in all three of us and give each of us our number in line or will I need to do them individually? Thanks for your help.

Yes on printing at the airport. If you all are on one reservation number then you do NOT need to check in individually.

Yes we are all on the same reservation. Thanks!
Since you are all on the same confirmation number, when you start the online check-in process you will see a check box next to each name. Make sure all of the boxes are checked before proceeding to the next step in the process and you'll be all set.

I have a question please....my dh ticket has the early check in fee paid but mine does not We are on the same flight/reservation. Do I need to check him in also or just me? Thank you

Just you. He'll be checked in automatically around 36 hours before departure time, but you will not be able to view /print his boarding pass until the 24 hour mark. Since you're on the same ressie, after you have checked yourself in then you can print both boarding passes.

I think the above answer is a bit confusing. Yes, the ticket with EBCI will be "checked in" at T36, but you still have to go through the check-in process for both people on the reservation to be able to print the boarding pass. The SW process is a bit counter intuitive for EBCI.

you can just be "that person". Let him board with A1-15 group. He can leave his coat, suitcase, laptop, dirty diaper on the 2 seats next to him until you board with the B group.

Seriously!?
Do not turn this thread into a seat saving discussion or it will be closed!!

Did you mean to post this to a different thread?

Soooo, it's ok to spend a boatload of money at a resort and then leave your car there, to go to a park....but it's not ok for a man to save a seat for his wife on a SW flight?? And SW has been very clear about this.....save away.

And yes.....I just did what I told everyone else not to do..... Sorry. I just couldn't resist.

Deep breath goofy4tink!! :scared: Just to add, I don't recall EBCI boarding in A1 - A15, unless of course they upgraded their ticket??

This thread is taking an odd turn. It was a calm and helpful discussion about checking in multiple people on the same reservation. The post about A1-A15 has nothing to do with anything posted prior to that comment. It's as if someone was reading a different thread and then posted a response to that other thread in here by mistake. Can we just carry on with what we were discussing before the off topic interruption?

A1-15 is not EBCI. It's for those paying business or fully refundable fares!! I'm breathing....no worries.
No, that post was for this thread. The point being made was an assumption that one person had EBCI, the other doesn't, which, obviously, means that the EBCI spouse will board and then save a seat for the spouse with no EBCI...a subject that gets under the skin of a lot of people here. Even though SW had said they don't care!!
I do apologize for going off track...I shouldn't, but the devil made me do it. Yeah, that's what happened, the devil!!

That's exactly what confused me -- A1-A15 has nothing to do with EBCI so that's why I thought someone replied to the wrong thread.
