SW Fly 2 Get 1 FREE!!!!

WOW, I have never received any kind of discounts from SW in the mail, but today I got a card from SW that says I can buy two tickets and get 1 free for travel through May 15, 2007. Too bad I am going in August. Think they would extend this? Has anyone else received this special offer???

I think we got something similar, but I think that an individual passenger had to fly twice between now and May, and then would receive enough Rapid Rewards credits for a free flight.

OKay , I read it again and it can only be used by the person who got the card and it does have something to do with rapid rewards. It says "book 2 roundtrips, lfy between Feb 15-May 15th and get a free roundtrip award to fly anywhere we fly.

I guess it's not such a great deal. I thought it meant buy two tickets and get 1 free. I guess I should've read the fine print.

I should've known that if it looks to good to be true it usually is

Last year we had a promotion on Long Island for fly once, get one free. Many people took a day trip from L I to Baltimore for $39 each way to get the free trip.
