sw flights come down tonight

I'm holding tickets on SW and I noticed the price came down since I bought them a few days ago (on their web site). How do I obtain the credit for the difference? Call, or can I do it on line?

On the bottom of the webpage, click on Travel Tools - under Manage Air select Change Reservation. Put your confirmation number in and then select your flight with the lower fare and get credit for your flight. It is actually very easy to do online.
