For the day after Easter flight was business class at $226 times 5 people.
New wanna fare released @ $99 called for a refund of the original tickets and purchased web only fare on the computer. I gave SW cs the original cc # and said it would be refunded and an email sent about it. It's been about 4 days and no email.
Anyone have any refund experience in the new system?
