Hi everyone--when I booked our flights for our upcoming WDW trip, I paid $10 extra per ticket for something called (I think) early bird check-in. I was under the impression that it would give us some kind of priority boarding. However, now I can't find that info in my confirmation, so I'm not sure how to proceed. Our flight leaves Saturday--do I still just check-in on-line 24 hours out?

Thanks in advance for any information!

You can check in any time after 24 hours before departure, either at home (up to a few hours before your flight) or at the airport. Your boarding number will be assigned to you 36 hours before departure, so you'll have a priority over all those who didn't purchase EBCI who check in at or after the 24 hour mark.

There will be a tiny little orange square that says EB next to your name if you look your confirmation up online :D and yes, you still have to check in as PP said it's just that your assigned your passes 12 hours before regular check in.

It's not really 'priority boarding' but priority checkin. Those with EBCI will be checked in, by SW, 36 hrs before flight time vs the 24 hrs that everyone else does. That way, you don't have to worry about being online right at the 24 hr window. You can print out your boarding pass at any time after that 24 hr window..no rush.
Boarding is done thusly....those with medical issues, minors flying alone, then passengers with A1-15 boarding numbers. 1-15 is saved for those who have paid fully refundable or business class fares. Those flying with the cheaper, non-refundable fares, will get A16 and up. So.....the lowest you can expect is A16. Those who have paid for EBCI get those lower numbers first. Then, at the 24 hr window, everyone else can check in and they pick up where the EBCI people left off...which means that even though you may be the first non-EBCI person checking in, you may still get a mid-B position....depends on how many EBCI people there are in front of you.
Those flying with children under 4 are allowed to board inbetween the A and B groups.
