Please help--DD and I are going to Tokyo Dining (she wants chicken teriyaki that is seperate from the rice & veggies
). I would LOVE to try sushi, but , have no idea where to start. I like fish & shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster) but, don't do clams etc. How can I know which sushi has cooked or raw fish and what would anyone suggest for a sushi beginner? Thanks for your help
