It was recommended to us by one of the Sushi Chef's at Puck's Sushi Bar in DTD.

Everything was extremely fresh, and they had tons of "exotic" offerings that we don't get to try up here in CT.

It is about 7 miles from Saratoga, probably about 15 - 20 minutes depending on time of day.
