Sushi rolls at Disney...Can you replace seaweed with soy paper?

Pretty much my title asks it all. Seaweed doesn't do well in my stomach so whenever I get sushi rolls I ask for soy paper instead of seaweed. Is there any reason why they wouldn't do this at any of the places you can order Sushi rolls at Disney? Just want to make sure before I plan out anything.
 
There are only two places that I've even seen soy wrappers, that would be at Kona Café and at California Grill.
Not sure about the other places.
 
I've read that Tokyo Dining pre-makes their sushi rolls so nothing can be changed in them
